At the helm of both Amico Loano and Amico & Co and currently vice-president of Nautica Italiana, Alberto Amico has taken the Amico name to the very apex of the refit sector, thanks to his business vision based on quality, efficiency, human resources development and his belief in the capabilities of Italian manufacturing.
Franco Cattai
Shipyard Manager
Naval engineer Franco Cattai spent more than five years directing Genoa’s Porto Antico marina and Marina Service before joining Amico & Co in 2002 as a Project Manager. Rising to the Senior Project Manager position, after more than a decade of managing refits in the Genoa shipyard, he was then chosen to manage Amico Loano when it opened in 2014.
